Friendship English Learning Center (FELC) is an English academy in Pampanga that aims to teach the universal language to all levels of learners. It was founded in February of 2012 by Kim Hee-Kyeong and Choi Eun-Mi, where it started as a small tutorial center and has now become one of the premiere establishments for learning English in Pampanga.
